We can develop sewn luggage liners for your case design. The agreed component list defines what is included in each set. We need the internal dimensions, a pattern or a suitable reference sample; external dimensions and nominal suitcase size are only a starting point.

An incomplete brief is enough to start a conversation. Send what you have; we will clarify the remaining details before a quotation or sample is agreed.

Before production
Clear details. A confirmed sample.
Fit the sample in both halves of the intended suitcase. Check closure, zipper travel, divider and pocket access, attachment positions and clearance around the trolley and wheel housings. Record accepted details and required changes. Approve the component list, pattern and fitted sample before bulk production.
Minimum quantity, sample cost, lead time, packing and delivery terms are confirmed for each project.
